You may also have heard that it takes 21 days to form a habit. As a result, we developed the Catalyst Program, a year-long experience that has precisely 21 touch-points designed to build and reinforce the skills and habits of great leaders.

Over the course of the year, you’ll experience 9 days of training and 12 coaching sessions for a total of 21 leadership-catalyzing experiences. From presentation skills to driving high performance, and personal branding to relationship-building, our Catalyst Program addresses leadership from every angle.

Most leadership training is a single event — people feel inspired for a day and then go back to old habits. Catalyst is built very intentionally as 21 touch-points across a full year (live training days plus ongoing 1:1 and group coaching), so leaders have time to practice, get feedback, correct, and repeat until it sticks. That’s why it’s described as “the program that changes everything,” not just a class. 

Catalyst is built for people who are already responsible for performance — managers, high-potential future leaders, sales leaders, practice leads, directors — anyone who needs to influence outcomes through other people, not just do the work themselves. 

Participants build core skills like: driving high performance in others, presenting with executive presence, building trust-based relationships, holding accountability conversations, and showing up with clarity and confidence in front of both teams and customers. 

Catalyst layers coaching on top of training. After each in-person session, leaders get coached to apply what they learned on the job, talk through what actually happened, and adjust. That ongoing reinforcement is what turns new behaviors into habits rather than “good notes in a binder.”
